Inna Goncharov, DVM, Owner
From a young age, Dr. Inna wanted to be a veterinarian. Her love of animals and desire to help others led her to veterinary medicine. She enjoys nothing more than to help animals live happy and healthy lives. Dr. Inna's primary interests are medicine, surgery, ophthalmology, dermatology and dentistry. Dr. Inna Goncharov, the owner and general practitioner, graduated from the Veterinary Academy, in Georgia. She completed a clinical internship at Oklahoma State University, College of Veterinary Medicine and received full accreditation by the Educational Commission for Foreign Veterinary Graduates. Currently, she is licensed in Nevada and California. She is also a member of the American and Nevada Veterinary Medical Associations. Dr. Inna is happily married and has two daughters, Anna and Maria. The family also includes two dogs and three cats.
Andrea Larson, DVM
Dr. Larson grew up in Southern California and has spent her whole life around animals. As a young child, she knew she wanted to help sick and injured animals after one of her family's cats became injured. The local veterinarian was able to repair her wounds and get her back home again. She knew, at that point, that she wanted to be a veterinarian so she could someday make a difference in the lives of both the animals and the people who love them. Dr. Larson graduated from the University of California, Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2001. She has practiced in the Henderson and Las Vegas area since July 2001. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine with a special interest in dermatology and feline medicine. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association. She and her husband, Greg, are the proud parents of their beautiful daughter, Madelynn. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family--especially taking her daughter to Disneyland. She has a Great Dane named Aspen.
Christy Graviet, DVM
Dr. Christy Graviet was born and raised in Las Vegas. Her career in veterinary medicine started in 2003 as a veterinary assistant and in 2005, she graduated from CSN as a Licensed Veterinary Technician. She then went on to earn her bachelor's in biological sciences from UNLV in 2009 and her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Oregon State University in 2014. Dr. Graviet's special interests include feline medicine, endocrinology, and soft tissue surgery. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, singing, playing the piano, kickboxing, and playing with her pets. Her favorite quote is "the unexamined life is not worth living".
Siegfried Coady, DVM
Dr Siegfried “Tex” Coady graduated Ludwig-MaximilliansUniversität, in Munich, Germany as a veterinarian. He completed an ECFVG Program at Washington State University. From WSU, it was off to Alaska to begin small animal practice. While in Alaska his interests included the physiology of racing sled dogs, Walrus anesthesia and exotic animals at the Alaska Zoo. In 2005, he started working in the Las Vegas Valley, eventually doing full-time relief work all over Clark County. He is on the Board of the Nevada Veterinary Medical Association, a life member of the ISDVMA and a member of the AVMA. His interests include traveling with his wife and their two dogs, boating and flying.

Haley is from Southern Nevada and always had many animals growing up. Her desire to help animals led her to a career in the veterinary technician field. She graduated from Pima Medical Institute and received her LVT License. She has rescued one kitten that was found in a wash, Olivia. She also has an English bulldog named Angus.
Danielle was born and raised in Las Vegas. She loves helping and caring for all kinds of animals and also has many great memories with pets growing up. She has two wonderful children, Kyelee and Talyn. She atteneded Pima Medical Institute and obtained her LVT license.
Audrey, veterinary assistant
Audrey was born in Las Vegas, NV and has lived with many different types of animals throughout her life. Her love for animals gave her a desire to pursue a career in the veterinary assistant field. She attended Pima Medical Institute, graduating from the veterinary assistant program. She has a beautiful baby girl named Kaylee.
Cathering, veterinary assistant
Cathering has always been fond of animals. She has 2 pit bulls, Tank and Mac, and a box turtle named Chumlee.
Joe, veterinary assistant
Joe was originally from California, but moved to Las Vegas in 2015. He has a rescue cat named Meowsy and one dog named Sugar.
Emma has been working at Warm Hearts since the beginning of 2016. She has one cat named Navi, a Jack Rusell Terrier name Ovi, and a rescue dog named Sookie. She has a real love for animals of all types.
Sarah is currently attending UNLV with aspirations of becoming a Veterinarian. Her hopes are to work with wildlife and in an elephant sanctuary. She has an Australian Shepherd named Rubinstein.

Kira is the mother of two rambunctious boys and a wife to a wonderful man named Sean. She owns two adorable guinea pigs named Chubz and Adeline.
Ravyn is a mother of a goofy boy named Ryan. She has 2 dogs named Leilani and Rowan as well as a cat named Jet.
Grace, kennel attendant
Grace is one of the three kennel attendants here. She is also an experienced dog trainer. She has 1 chihuahua named Jasmine.
Rozanna, kennel attendant
As a strong addition to the team, Rozanna has been with Warm Hearts since 2015. Making animals her life, she previously worked at a local pet hospital as a kennel attendant while also being employed at a grooming salon as a receptionist. Other experiences include pet sitting, petcare for a cattery of pure bred Leopard and Rag Doll cats. Aside from growing up with animals, she has experienced working on a farm, caring for and riding horses. Rozanna has one rescued long hair Chihuahua.
Mary, kennel attendant
Mary is the mother of two children and she also has a granddaughter. She has 3 dogs, 1 cat, and 2 turtles. She has had many pets throughout her life and she loves working with animals.
